How to Manage Your Subscriptions
How to Manage Your Subscriptions
Are you 18 years old or older?
Sorry, the content of this store can't be seen by a younger audience. Come back when you're older.
You can manage your own subscriptions
Our store has a handy self-service subscription management tool! Now you don't have to remember titles when you come into the shop or have to talk on the phone!
Read on to learn how to manage your subscriptions, all by yourself (mostly).
Step 1: Log In
Not sure how to log in? Still don't have an account? Click the button below to find out how to create an account and log in for the first time.
View your current subscriptions & pre-orders
To see what books are currently on your pull list, click "My Subscriptions."
Step 2: Find Something to Add
You can see all the comics (and other items) currently available for preorder. Most of the products available are listed about three months in advance of when they'll actually be on shelves.
You can check out the Previews for new & popular items, or sort by publisher, product type, release date, and FOC date.
You can also use the search bar--just make sure you are using the Subscriptions search bar, and not the site-wide search bar!
Most of the products available for pre-order are listed about three months in advance of when they'll actually be on shelves. Because these are pre-orders, there is a cutoff date for signing up for them. Before this date, listed as the FOC date (or final order cutoff), we can pretty much guarantee we will have the book for you when it finally comes out. The FOC date is the last day we can order something, so if we don't have enough copies, you may miss out! This makes preorders even more important for highly anticipated books (like the ones you see TikTok)!
You can sort by "Last Call (FOC)" to see items soon to be unavailable.
Missed out on an FOC? Email us! We'll see what we can do!
Step 3: Subscriptions
When you click a title, you will see the upcoming issues and available covers.
Clicking subscribe will give the option of all A covers (the regular) or all B covers. Choosing Cover A with a quantity of 1 means you will receive one copy of every issue, all with the Cover A cover. If you choose Cover B with a quantity of two, you will receive two copies of every issue, all with Cover B covers.
Step 4: Pre-Orders
You can also pre-order individual issues by cover. If you are subscribed to a series and then pre-order a different cover, it will have you signed up for both covers of that issue.
Please note that some variant covers above cover price (eg. ratio or incentive covers), are generally not available for pre-order on our website due to pricing and availability. If you would like one of these, just email us and we'll see what we can do.
"Personally, I usually don't subscribe to a title and instead pre-order each individual issue according to what cover I want--however, with this method, it is easy to forget an issue if you don't keep track of them.
To do this, I keep a list of my series titles on a piece of paper next to my computer. I will also write down the FOC date to make sure I choose a cover before then.
And don't to get those FOC pre-orders in before Sunday 6:00pm CT!"
